Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll contact you as early as 24 hours to confirm the location, date, and all other important details.
On your booking date, you’ll just have to show up with your party and have a blast. Once you’re ready to leave, you can call or text us and we’ll come back to pack up.
You may pick a location of your choice anywhere within the Lower Mainland. Our homebase is New Westminster, any locations beyond a 15km radius from our homebase will incur a travel fee.
EX. If you wish to host your picnic at Stanley Park, we’ll charge an additional $20 for the travel fee.

We strongly encourage you to have a backup indoor location ready in the event that it does rain on your booking date.
If you wish to cancel the picnic on the day of, please refer to our cancellation policy.
You’ll be able to reschedule your picnic date once, no less than 7 days prior to your booking date, given that the new date requested is available for booking.
Any rescheduling other than the initial approach will be treated as a cancellation.
You may cancel your picnic up to 14 days prior to your picnic date for a full refund. Otherwise, you’ll receive a 50% refund and the remaining 50% will be applied to your next picnic booked with us within 2 months of the cancellation date.
However, we understand things happen and will work to best accommodate your circumstances.
We will invoice you once we finalize the details of your picnic. The invoice will contain instructions on how to pay using e-transfer.
Please note a minimum of 50% deposit is required to hold the date of your booking and the increase 50% will be due 24 hours before the booking date.
If the full 100% of your invoice is not paid 24 hours before the booking date, we will not set up and will treat your picnic as a cancellation.
2 hours, however you are most welcome to extend your hours for an extra expense.
We will include a refundable damage deposit on your invoice. Please note you are responsible for all equipment provided by Oasis during your event.
The damage deposit will be returned in full within 24-48 hours after the event as long as all of the equipment provided by us are returned as its original state.
The safety and well being of our guests is our #1 priority. We have taken a number of steps to ensure we minimize the potential for COVID-19 transmission.
This includes but not limited to using gloves and masks while setting up and tearing down, sanitizing all equipment between bookings, and providing antibacterial kits for use during your event.

If you’d like to leave it all up to us, we curate stunning and delicious charcuterie boards with a premium selection of meats and cheeses!
We are also able to deliver your takeout from any restaurants in a 10km distance from your picnic at an extra expense. Just let us know what you’d like when you book!
We are available for bookings 7 days a week, from noon until 9pm.
Yes, we will work with you to make your vision come to life. We’ll of course do all the heavy lifting. 😉
